It's October 3, which means another year has passed since I said goodbye to my Dad three years ago. Sometimes I still can't believe I'm only 35 years old and both my parents have died. I will say it does get easier over time, as people had told me it would. But it also gets that much harder to hold on to the memories as they become further and further in the past.
